They will have you forgetting all about the bread that normally accompanies your PB & J. It's a recipe that is so simple, made with only three ingredients and takes no time at all.

PB&J Fat Bombs Recipe

Prep Time: 5 min, Set Time: 10 min, Total Time: 15 min.



3/4 cup coconut oil

3/4 cup nudeFood Smooth Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Worthy Jam

Compostable/reusable mini cupcake molds



Mix together well the coconut oil with nudeFood Smooth Peanut Butter.  Take your muffin molds and fill them halfway with the mixture.  Put in freezer to set for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove from freezer and add a dollop of Worthy Jam into the mold and cover to almost full with the peanut butter and coconut oil mixture. Place back in freezer for another 5 minutes to set.

Keep these in the freezer because they melt easily. This healthy snack is high in both protein and healthy fats and is great for after a workout, a quick snack between meals or when you are on the run!
