The Recipe – Vegan White Chocolate Natural Peanut Butter Hearts
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan white chocolate (check out this rice-based chocolate)
- 1/3 cup green beetroot or raspberry powder
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter of choice (chocolate would be yummy!)
- a pinch of salt
Directions
- Heat 1 tsp coconut oil into a pot and add 1 cup vegan white chocolate. Stir in 1/3 cup raspberry or beet powder until mixed.
- Half-fill a silicone ice cube tray mold or cupcake liners with some PB and fill the other half with the white chocolate mix.
- Freeze for 5 min or until hard, take out and enjoy!
